Operating from September to April, KiteWest Kitesurfing school Geraldton is the only IKO (International Kiteboarding Organisation) accredited kiteboarding centre in Western Australia.
At KiteWest we are dedicated in providing high quality kite equipment and fully qualified and experienced instructors who meet international safety standards.
Located on the beach at Coronation Beach, our kite-surfing school also offers Wing Foiling lessons, Kite and wing equipment rental, brand new and second-hand gear.
Our one-on-one lesson with radio coaching system will help you to learn kitesurfing in confidence and progress in no time.

I learned kitesurfing with KiteWest and had such a great time. Ben always made sure the conditions were right and that everything suited my needs and level. He teaches you how to kite independently with confidence and a strong understanding of safety, which made me feel very safe and comfortable the whole time.
The school being right at Coronation Beach is a huge bonus – amazing conditions for learning, and you can camp just nearby.
I can definitely recommend Ben to anyone who wants to learn kiting!

Me and 3 other friends tried wing foil surfing for the first time. Ben was super patient , made us feel comfortable and was super friendly. We had a lot of fun in the water, we felt safe and very well guided !!

Ben is a very knowledgeable and passionate instructor, who is a pleasure to learn from. His 7 day kite tour is exceptional, you learn in shallow warm water using high quality equipment, accommodation is excellent and food is 10/10. I was a complete newbie who had barely flown a kite and had no board experience of any kind and Ben and his crew got me up on the board, so much fun!. Highly recommend!
